API access must be used in accordance with published documentation and security requirements.
UBooks360 reserves the right to suspend API access in cases of abuse.
All software, trademarks, logos, source code, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of UBooks360.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service availability. However, maintenance activities, upgrades, and unforeseen events may occasionally cause service interruptions.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with applicable subscription agreements and legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UBooks360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
